Clues & Culprits › Eras
Eras
The same seventy-five suspects, the same twelve classes — dressed for a different century. Every era is a pack of cases written for its time, with its own look.
Era · with the pack or ProRoaring Twenties
Speakeasies, jazz and bootleg gin. Detectives in fedoras, flappers in beaded dresses, and a city where everyone has an alibi and nobody has a liquor licence.
Era · freeVictorian London
Gaslight, fog and frock coats. Constables in custodian helmets, magistrates in horsehair wigs, and every case set in the London of 1888.
After the Twenties · a glimpse
The Wild West
Silver Gulch, Nevada, 1879
A silver strike, a saloon piano nobody can tune, and a sheriff who has never once fired his gun. Fifty cases in a town where every stranger has a past.
Not in production yet — the more players ask, the sooner it is.
How eras work
- Classes stay, costumes change. Bruno is always an Enforcer: a guard today, a constable in 1888.
- Cosmetic only. An era never changes a clue, a verdict or the difficulty.
- Case packs. Each era brings cases written for its time, with roles and dialogue to match.
